PVAF QualiCit is a tool for qualification of bibliographic citations, which aims to automate the search steps by the quality bibliometric indicator of a set of publication venues. It receives as input a list of citations and returns the quality indicators of each. In order to reach the final result, two other tools are used: ParsCit, for the extraction and classification of the attributes of the citations, and PVAF, for the disambiguation of the publication venues and obtaining the quality indicators.

PVAF QualiCit has a web interface, where the user provides the input citations by typing or copying them in the input box, or by providing them by a text file. It is possible to even load text from an entire article. The tool was evaluated experimentally, achieving success in about 86% of the cases.
